Ritmxoid IS NOT based on prevalent "classic 3 rhythmes" algorithm. It is brand-new algorithm based on "Rhythmic Series" conception.
There are 4 rhythms:
MOTOR (Emotional) rhythm. This rhythm provides and characters variances of processes, connected with work of bone-muscular, nervous, digestive and blood systems.
PHYSICAL (Physiological) rhythm. This rhythm is forming a biological organism structure. Also it provides variances of biochemical processes such as metabolism, digestion and synthesis of a protein.
SENSORY (Informational) rhythm. This rhythm is responsible for adaptation processes in the organism. Receiving, processing and transformation of information between organism and outside environ is done through sensory organs, endocrine and immune systems.
ANALYTICAL rhythm. This rhythm characters conscientious and instinctive organism activity on analysis and control of all processes, accessible for sensor systems in the pre-assigned spatial and timing continuum.
Combination of the rhythms in every moment of time is resulted in energy balance value of you organism and marks special points of organism condition. There are 5 energy levels in Ritmxoid:
CRITICAL level. Most vulnerable to stress and nervous breakdowns body state. Low concentration, apathy and depression. Recommended not to expose yourself to extreme temperatures, physical and mental stress. Avoid conflicts.
LOW level. Characterized by fatigue, irritability and painful perception to any negative environment conditions. Nervous and physical overwork significantly worsen mental state. Reduced relevance, response and self-esteem.
OPTIMAL level. Most well-balanced level of body activity. Characterized not biased estimation of external and internal environment, good concentration and perception of external influences. Schedule important tasks and important events precisely for this period.
HIGH level. High energy level throughout entire system. With proper distribution of functions, you can achieve good results in various kinds of activities. There are attempts to force a result, excessive thirst for dominance and high work capacity. Spend energy evenly in multiple directions.
SUPER HIGH level. Level is directly related to inadequate response to the environment. From hyper-active to extremely passive. Characterized as a very unstable state. Recommended moderate muscular activity, as the fatigue threshold may be overestimated, that may cause overstrain.
RISK indicates periods of weak immunity and high risk of sickness or disease. Try to avoid stress, overload, pharmacology, alcohol and infectious risks. Ritmxoid has three grades of risk:
Moderate Risk. You should be more selective approach to the intensity of their daily routine. If possible not to schedule these days of complex and emotionally charged events.
Medium risk. There are possible exacerbation of chronic and recurrent disease, increased susceptibility to stress. Try to avoid the crowds. Plan of the days activities are not associated with multiple contacts, travel and partying late.
High Risk. All previous recommendations are in force, but in addition, not recommended engage in these days of air travel, tours behind the wheel of a car and other activities that require long-term and high loads the body, both physically and emotionally.
Rhythmic Balance Functionality
BALANCE allows you to evaluate the rhythmic levels separately or together on the selected date. This can be useful when planning specific activities. For example sports is better to plan in the aggregate of motor and physical rhythms (yellow + red, blue and violet sticks are turned off). And vice versa, mental work better plan in the aggregate of sensory and analytical rhythms, at the minimum levels of skeletal and physical balance. The basic rule for planning: increase the burden and maximize on the corresponding systems of organs if there is a rising level of balance, or "peaks", and to reduce or exclude the load on the descending level of the balance sheet and in the "pits".
ARENA gives you an opportunity to compare profiles due to biorhythm balance. This may be useful in forecastiong sport contests. Ritmxoid provides the following types of ranking:
Compare of the cumulative balance of Motional and Physical rhythms. Better forecasts activities, associated with short-term maximal loads (track-and-field athletics and weightlifting, swimming, etc.).
Compare of the cumulative balance of Sensory and Analytical rhythms. Better forecasts activities, associated with the solution of tactical and strategic goals (playing sports, martial arts, tennis, etc.).
Compare of the cumulative analysis of all rhythms. Gives forecast of domination for all activities.
Important: the functionality of this section makes sense only if you have entered the actual TIME of birth in the profile.
The mechanism of action of "ACTIVITIES" can be understood remembering ordinary swing. Anyone who swung on a swing, knows that in order to achieve the desired amplitude, you need to do the rhythmic motion of the feet (and other parts of the body). But do it only in certain moments, thus introducing the system in resonance. This is the way the "Activity" in Ritmxoid: activating those or other functions of the organism in certain periods of time, You get the effect of resonance, which will allow to improve performance in sports, at work and in everyday life. It is worth noting that You do not need to perform the proposed activity (e.g. ingestion of food or aerobic load), in each of the dispalyed period. You can skip as many periods as you wish, but it is important to hit the "activity window". So, Ritmxoid provides the following activities:
DIGESTIVE ACTIVITY - time intervals, in which it is recommended to arrange meals. For people with low physical activity, it is recommended to select 2-3 period, the most convenient for individual schedule and desirable one. If you are older than 25 years and do not do physical work then you may be limited to only two meals, if over the age of 50 that one meal. It is strongly recommended to not include meal in the period of time of birth.
AEROBIC LOAD - type of activity, which implies many iterative movement with its own weight and small shells. Running, walking, swimming, Biking, playing sports, etc.
ANAEROBIC LOAD - type of activity associated with the few iterative movements. Power sports, work on the machines and weights.
SENSORY ACTIVITY - periods of the most effective work-related tasks on the care and sensitivity. A wide range of activities from the complex of game kinds of sports to specific classes, connected with the reaction of skill.
SEXUAL ACTIVITY - periods of time that are optimally suited for communication with the opposite sex.
ANALYTICAL ACTIVITY is characterized by the periods of the most suitable for a thorough assessment of the events, sufficiently long time. Tasks and processes that require thorough analysis. It may be difficult theoretical task, and diverse technical work that requires attention to many factors.
CALENDAR gives the possibility to estimate clearly biorhythmical \"spectrum\" of the balance sheet and the cumulative index of the risks of the month. This can be handy when planning competitions, travel, and other important events in the life.
The MAPS show the type of each field (the system of organs) at a given time in the framework of the 9 time ranges (maps). Fields of biorhythms are marked with the appropriate color as well as in the balance sheet: the motor-yellow, physical-red, sensory-blue, analytical-violet(purple). Cell interval ~ 1 hour 42 min. Has expressed bind to the cycle of day and night. Coordinates the overall change of the active vital functions of man. Sleep and wakefulness.
MACRO 1 MAP - Monthly rhythm map
Cell interval - 24 hours. Working closely with periods of the moon, allowing you to make an analysis of its catalytic effect on the organism.
MACRO 2 MAP - Yearly rhythm map
